Phyllis’ Oven Beef Stew

Brown 1 1/2 lb stew beef in 3 T oil


3 medium carrots, sliced

16 oz package frozen peas

1 T GF flour in:

1/8 tsp thyme

salt and pepper

1 1/2 c water

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 3/4 hours.
