Peachy Chicken

4 chicken breasts

1 T vegetable oil

1 T butter

1 can (15-1/4 oz) sliced peaches, undrained

1/2 c packed brown sugar

1/2 c orange juice

1 envelope onion soup mix

Brown chicken in oil and butter. Add peaches with juice, brown sugar, orange juice and soup mix into skillet.  Bring to a boil and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.  Serve over rice.
