<p>3 c cooked rice</p>
<p>2 c shredded cheddar cheese</p>
<p>3 chicken breasts- cubed and cooked</p>
<p>1 c sour cream</p>
<p>1 1/2 c crushed Fritos</p>
<p>Directions:  Combine onions, chilies, cumin, oregano, tomato sauce, and broth in baking dish.  Cover- cook on high in microwave for 10 minutes, stirring half way through.  Add cooked chicken.  Combine rice and sour cream in a shallow greased pan.  Sprinkle with 1 c shredded cheese- pour chicken mixture on the vegetable mixture.  Top with remaining cheese.  Cook uncovered in the microwave for 5 minutes.  Sprinkle with Fritos.  Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.</p>

<p>Directions: Saute onions in melted butter.  Stir seasonings into onions.  Drain mushrooms- reserving the liquid.  Blend in milk until smooth.  Add mushrooms.  Cook and stir over heat until thickened.  Arrange chicken breasts in the bottom of a 9&#215;13 pan.  Top with broccoli.  Pour cause and cheese over top.  Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.</p>
